Think of the Bayou Slime as a toxic Pink Lady, replacing the gin with rum.

The sludge is due mostly to the egg white, which will create a fantastic layer of foam on top of the drink and the moss is created by sprinkling mint on top. It's an interesting cocktail, with the sweet rum and spice from the cordial syrup, that is a flavor you'll soon be addicted to and the creepiness is a perfect fit for favorite Halloween cocktails.

2 parts Cruzan Black Strap Rum
6-8 fresh mint leaves
1/2 part Fee Brothers Spiced Cordial Syrup
1 egg white

Muddle mint leaves and syrup together, making sure to crush the mint leaves.
Place all ingredients into a shaker.
Shake until well-chilled and frothy.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with additional crushed mint leaves.

Need Some Ice for the Punchbowl? or Cocktail
And here a couple scary ice garnishs you can make:

Scary Eyeballs
To make scary eyeballs you will need radishes and olives.

Trim and peel the radishes, leaving a bit of red for a veiny look.

Use a melon baller to create a small hole and pop a cut olive into it.

Place in ice cube tray, cover with water and freeze.

Frozen Fingers
Get some disposable latex gloves and rinse them thoroughly.

Fill them with water and tie off tightly, hang them with the fingers hanging down from your freezer shelf.

When it's party time very briefly run warm water over the gloves, then peel them off of the frozen hands.

Some fingers may break off, but that just adds to the atmosphere and now you have a garnish for your punch bowl!

You can add food coloring to the water if you want your hands a fleshy color or grey perhaps?
